Foster Children are invited to a Birthday Party at Southcrest in the Gym. Party will be run by CPS and is for foster children who are born in July-December. Foster children will be matched with a LPD officer to build foster/police relationships. Party will be held in Gym and Helicopter will be on the South parking lot.
