The Journey is for college students looking for a place to belong, build meaningful friendships, and grow in their relationship with Jesus. Whether you're new to Lubbock, just starting college, or preparing for graduation, there's a place for you here! Our desire is to help students find their greatest pleasure and purpose in Jesus.

Expect a welcoming atmosphere filled with friendly faces, authentic worship, and opportunities to connect! Our Tuesday Night Gatherings (TNG) include fellowship, worship, and biblical teaching designed specifically for college students. Whether you're exploring your faith or looking to grow deeper, we'd love for you to join us!

College is a season of important decisions, new experiences, and personal growth. Through biblical teaching, discipleship, and genuine community, The Journey helps students build a lasting foundation of faith, discover their purpose in Christ, and become equipped to share His love wherever life takes them.

Something is always happening at The Journey! Along with our Tuesday worship gathering, we offer weekly home groups, fellowship opportunities, retreats, and mission and service projects. The Journey provides college students with opportunities to build lasting friendships, grow spiritually, and make a difference in their community and beyond.

We choose several students each year to join our leadership team, helping make the Journey unique and a special place to belong.

We also encourage our Journey students to volunteer in other Southcrest ministries. Whether you are relational, musically gifted, or prefer to work behind the scenes, we can connect you with opportunities that feel authentic and help you grow.
