The Southcrest 55+ Senior Adult Ministry exists to encourage our 55+ aged adults to stay committed to studying God's Word & connected to the body of Christ, while navigating new challenges brought on by aging and changing lifestyles.

Caregivers

If you care for a spouse or loved one, we invite you to our Caregivers Ministry, Compassion in Action/"CIA."

We meet twice monthly, and it's a time for both caregivers and their loved ones to receive ministry and enjoy a delicious meal while you're here.

Caregivers meet for equipping, respite, and fellowship with other caregivers in a similar season of life, while their loved ones meet in another room for activities and games, singing old hymns, and conversations with our wonderful volunteers.

Please register so we know you are coming! Interested volunteers can use the same registration.

Who is the 55+ ministry for?
Southcrest 55+ Ministry is for adults aged 55 and older who want to stay active, connected, and growing in their faith. Whether you're entering a new season of life or enjoying retirement, you have a place to build friendships, find encouragement, and keep serving God.
What should a first-time visitor expect?
Expect a warm welcome, friendly faces, and plenty of opportunities to connect! Whether you're attending a LIFE Group, game day, or special event, you'll find a community of people who enjoy sharing life together and encouraging one another in their walk with Christ.
What is the impact of this ministry?
Our desire is to help adults continue growing in their relationship with Jesus while building meaningful connections with others. Through fellowship, discipleship, and service, we're encouraging adults to use their wisdom, experience, and spiritual gifts to make a lasting difference in our church and community.

Join a life group

LIFE Groups are designed to help every individual grow in their personal walk with Christ. In a LIFE Group, you will experience love, learn from God's Word, and fellowship with other believers. Sunday morning LIFE Groups meet at 8:00, 9:30, + 11:00 AM at the Church. Weekday LIFE Groups meet at various times + locations.
