The Southcrest Women's Ministry exists to help women across all generations find their greatest pleasure and purpose in Jesus. We desire for all women to grow in the Lord through discipleship, mentorship, and fellowship.

MEETING TIMES

We're better together. We encourage authentic connection across the generations at Southcrest. We do this through sharing life, intentional discipleship, equipping women to know and use their spiritual gifts, and sharing the gospel and God’s love in Lubbock and beyond.

Selah is a space for moms to pause, breathe, and connect. Whether you're brand new or returning, we can't wait to spend time with you! We'll have coffee and snacks ready when you arrive. If you need childcare, please register your children at least 2 weeks before the meeting date. Click the link to sign up for the 2026-2027 year and receive messages about our next monthly gathering.

Selah is a space for moms to pause, breathe, and connect with one another and the Lord. Whether you're brand new or returning, we can't wait to spend time with you! Who is the Women's ministry for?

Southcrest Women's Ministry is for women of all ages and stages of life! Whether you're a college student, a young mom, or enjoying retirement, there's a place for you here. Our desire is to help women grow in their faith, build meaningful friendships, and find their purpose in Jesus.

What should a first-time visitor expect?

You can expect a welcoming environment where you can connect with other women and grow in your relationship with Christ. Whether you're joining us for a Bible study or a special gathering, come as you are! We're excited to get to know you.

What is the impact of this ministry?

Our heart is to equip and encourage women to become fully devoted followers of Jesus. Through discipleship, mentorship, and authentic community, we're helping women grow spiritually, build lasting relationships, and make a difference in their families, church, and community.

What other events do you offer?

Throughout the year, we offer Bible studies, special gatherings, fellowship opportunities, and community service and outreach. We also have Selah, a gathering designed specifically to encourage and connect moms.

How can I serve in this ministry?

There are plenty of ways to get involved! From helping with events and Bible studies to mentoring other women or serving our community, we'd love to help you discover a place to use your gifts. Reach out to our Women's Ministry team to learn more about serving.
