Women's Ministry
Our Mission
The Southcrest Women's Ministry exists to help women across all generations find their greatest pleasure and purpose in Jesus. We desire for all women to grow in the Lord through discipleship, mentorship, and fellowship.
Canyon Nights
Gather
We’re better together. Join us for our quarterly gatherings called Canyon Nights, designed to weave the generations of Southcrest women together. Enjoy a casual evening of authentic connection, intimate worship, and intentional discipleship.
Breastfeeding moms and babies welcome.
Community + Connection
Grow
Weekly Bible study groups are designed to help women build community and grow in their relationship with God and the Word. Bible studies are offered during the spring, summer, and fall semesters.
If:tables are discipleship groups of six women who gather in homes all over Lubbock once a month. Each if:table shares a meal and has conversations about purpose, what we believe about Jesus, and what living as disciples of Christ looks like in everyday life.
Southcrest Women also hosts If:Lubbock as well as a yearly women’s conference and retreat.

Serve + Go
We want to encourage and equip women to discover their spiritual gifts, equip them to live out God’s purpose for their lives and serve the Lubbock community and beyond with the love of Jesus. We have many areas to serve in leadership and supportive roles within both the church and our community.

Called to ministry at the age of sixteen, she has a deep passion to encourage and equip women of every generation to become fully devoted disciples of Jesus Christ. A native of Oklahoma, she holds an undergrad in Christian Education and a Master of Divinity in Women's Studies.
One of her favorite titles is "aunt" to four precious New Englanders and she enjoys traveling, writing, interior design, and gathering her people over good food.

Delia considers her favorite parts of her job to be building relationships with our students and parents, sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ, and teaching what the Bible says to those around her! Delia says she feels truly blessed to be at Southcrest!

Graduated: Human Development and Family Studies at LCU
Studying: Masters of Divinity with a concentration in Biblical Counseling at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
Dream job: To work with girls or women in ministry! I am not sure what this looks like but I am going with the flow of where the Lord wants me!
Favorite Part of Job: My absolute favorite part of this job is to see girls come to know Jesus personally; what an honor it is to get to be a part of that!
